With over 25 years in administration and business services, Rosebella has supported operational excellence in some of PNG's most demanding environments — including her current role at ExxonMobil PNG Limited — while pursuing a deep calling in spiritual writing and personal development.
Her writing is born from lived experience: navigating corporate life, motherhood, faith, and the unique challenges of being a woman leader in Papua New Guinea. She writes not from theory, but from the trenches of transformation.
In 2022, she founded Dimensional3Life PNG — a platform to share the framework that changed her own life and has since impacted communities across PNG and beyond.
